What's included in mowing service:

• Mowing the lawn ( Front, Back, Side)

• Trim the edges of the lawn

• Blow off debris from hard surfaces 

Do I book and pay per cut?

• We are unable to offer single cuts at the beginning of the season however, may be able to accommodate at the end of the season (October & November) depending on availability of the team. 

• This allows us to service multiple communities including rural areas on a regular rotation. 

• The team at 84 Outdoors commits to servicing our clients on a weekly basis, while billing on a monthly schedule. We aim to keep all of our clients with our hard work and build weekly routes. 

Do you offer monthly deals or packages?

• Yes we offer two different monthly packages 

• Option #1 - Weekly Lawn Care and Weeding $160/month

• Option #2 - Weekly Executive Lawn Care $299/month

What if after one visit I want to cancel my services? 

• No problem! However, you will be charged our Biweekly rate per month (two cuts) so we suggest canceling after two visits.  

When does the season start?

• 2025 Lawn season runs from April to November 

• We aim to cut the grass to appropriate length depending on the time of the year

Do I need to do anything before you come to prepare for your visit?

• We ask that you clean up your pet waste before we arrive 

• We also ask that you look for any obstacles such as toys, pet leashes, lawn furniture 

• If there are any issues a $50 fee per visit applies or service can be refused if excessive obstacles are found, you will still be billed for the visit. 

What if I want to get my lawn cut in October or November?

• October and November will be considered as "end of season" and you can request one time lawn services 

• They will be booked into the first available time slot we have within your area
